It was a training program held by Mr. Krishna Prasad Acharya to strengthen employee skills, knowledge, and capacities which can set their own development goals and work toward achieving them through the process of capacity building.
It is important to note that the country’s cooperatives are currently experiencing the most financial hardship when it comes to carrying out activities and programs for human resource development. For this sector to function on professional lines with informed, engaged membership and inspired leadership, cooperative HRD must be strengthened.
A strong membership base is the foundation of a strong cooperative enterprise everywhere, every time and for everyone. Building strong membership and human resources, not necessarily capital, is the basis for building Cooperatives that are both economically strong and sustainable.
Hence, this program was most effective for every employee working in this organization and will be implemented in near future.
